A award winning blend of Arabica and Robusta beans, slowly roasted to a complex, deep developed profile. This bold coffee produces a toasty almost pepper-like punch with floral spicy scents. A good body with an earthy mouthfeel.
When this coffee is combined with steamed or textured milk provides a memorable taste experience.

Our roaster has been awarded certification for Organic Producer by Consejo de la produccion agraria ecologica del principado de Asturias.
INSTRUCTIONS
Your beans should ground to suit your preferred brewing method. Course grind for cafetiere; a medium grind for drip filter and fine grind for espresso. Try to brew straight after grinding.
Once open, try to consume within 2 weeks. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
