Special selection to offer a coffee with an intense flavour and aroma, generous creaminess in the cup and a pronounced aftertaste of nuts and cereals. A blend of naturally roasted (70%) and torrefacto roasted (30%) coffee beans. Torrefacto is were the beans are roasted to a very dark colour and sugar is added to the beans during the roasting process, yielding very dark (almost black) bean which are oily in appearance. Sometimes referred to as “Spanish Roast”.
INSTRUCTIONS
Your beans should ground to your brewing method. Course grind for cafetiere; a medium grind for drip filter and fine grind for espresso. Try to brew straight after grinding. Once open, try to consume within 2 weeks. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
